4. Server Claiming

To claim ownership of a server, you must verify that you have administrative access to it. Falsely claiming servers you do not own is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or votes
• Harass other users or server owners
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our services
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions

6. Premium Services

Premium features are provided on a subscription basis. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if premium features have not been used.

7. Content

Server information displayed on our platform is aggregated from public sources. Server owners are responsible for the content and conduct on their servers. We do not endorse or guarantee any server listed on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

GameServersHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for server downtime, data loss, or any damages arising from use of our platform or connected game servers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
